Medical Decisions

You may be tempted to speed up medical decisions such as which doctor(s) and which treatments due to pressing business matters. Both of these decisions are important to your long term health and should not be made on a rush basis.

If you are feeling pressure to act quickly for business reasons, consider asking a close family member or friend to help you with these decisions. 

Consider getting a second opinion about your diagnosis and treatment options from another cancer expert. This is particularly advisable with Stage III or Stage IV breast cancer .
