You may be entitled to government benefits such as an income, Medicaid (Medi-Cal in California) or food stamps depending on your particular circumstances.

There are no government benefits which distinguish between colorectal cancer and other health conditions or that differ depending on where you are (newly diagnosed, in treatment or post-treatment)
