The concept behind a Time Bank is simple. You give an hour of the kind of work you can do, and receive an hour of the kind of work you need. No money is required. You pay for what you need with your services. It doesn't matter what kind of services you can provide - just that you provide services that someone else needs.
If you're not healthy enough to provide services, perhaps one of your friends or family members can donate time to a Time Bank on your behalf.
