Work Begins: For each month you work, select the month and year work begins from the pull-down menus in "Work Begins" to create a row for each of the next 12 months. When you've filled up these months, the computer will create new rows.
Hours Worked: Enter the hours worked during the month to the nearest full hour.
Gross Income: Enter your gross income from self-employment.
Business Related Incentives: Enter any business related expenses such as payroll taxes, office supplies, business phone, and postage.
Work Incentives: Enter the amount of any credits such as IRWEs, Subsidized Earnings, Student Earned Income Exclusion, Blind Work Expenses and money deposited into a PASS plan. (See Return to Work).
Net Income: For each month, this column will automatically compute your net business income minus your work incentive credits.
Trial Work Program Month: This column will automatically keep track of your trial work months. Once you have accumulated 9 Trial Work Months, this column will read "No SSDI" for any month in which your net income is greater than $670 in 2008 or in which you have worked more than 80 hours.
